Pebbles Underground Film Fest is focused on experimental, avant-garde, underground, and no-to-low budget projects by artist-humans from all over the world. Pebbles Underground is an independent project not funded by any government or corporation, and we intend to keep it that way. Main source of funding is personal donations from humans organizing the project, who are artists themselves, and the main drive of the project is formed by the energy and involvement of the organizers, and the public.
We accept experimental films, documentaries, video art, performative works filmed on video, web-based interactive projects, cult, comedy, glitch art, etc.
We have no restrictions on topics, no demand for premiere status, no restriction on date of completion. The artist does not need to have university degrees, the work will speak for itself.
We do not accept conventional narrative films.
