The Museum of Modern Trash is an 8 minute atmospheric, surreal short film. It blends

Surrealism with Science Fiction. In a strange future world, a reclusive naturalist’s life is upended by the arrival of a strange new exhibition. Causing them to confront the many fears that have laid dormant in the back of their mind.

The film seeks to touch on issues like estrangement and anxiety, it questions what it means to be part of society in the modern age.

Bio

Isabella has directed five short films over the course of three years. Her style has gradually developed into an arthouse/experimental genre which can be seen in her most recent two films. Reverie being the latest. The use of colour and minimal dialogue has become a key theme in her work in which she continues to challenge and push her own boundaries with.
